Painting - whether on canvas, paper, panel or weathered wooden doors - has always been part of me. My art reflects the landscapes in which I have lived, traveled, and gardened. My painting of natural scenes, large and small scale fruit and vegetables, and contemporary forms and colors, is an ever-evolving act of remembering and interpreting what I have seen. In my light-filled Red Barn Studio, I try to capture in my own small way "emotion recollected in tranquility." |
